No questions asked. We action every request within 48 hours and it's permanent — suppressed items don't come back on the next crawl.

What you can ask for

• A single listing removed — for example, one that's sold, or priced wrongly on our page.
• A price or specification corrected — we'll re-check against your page immediately.
• Photographs removed — we display images from your own server, but we'll stop referencing them entirely on request.
• Your entire dealership removed — all current and future listings, permanently suppressed at domain level.
• Your crawler access blocked — see our crawler policy for the one-line robots.txt version, which we'll pick up automatically.

What happens next

1. We acknowledge your email, usually the same business day.
2. We remove the item or domain from the live site.
3. We add it to a permanent suppression list, so a later crawl can't reintroduce it.
4. We confirm back to you in writing.

Buyers and sellers

If you're a buyer and a listing on our site is out of date or wrong, tell us at contact@findequipment.com.au and we'll correct or pull it. We'd genuinely rather hear about it than have you drive across town for a machine that sold last week.

We publish factual specifications and link to your listing. We do not host your photographs and we do not reproduce your written descriptions. If you believe any content on this site infringes your copyright, email takedown@findequipment.com.au with the material and the URL, and we will remove it while we look into it rather than argue about it first.
